Our yoga teacher Ananda de Steur will lead a vinyasa yoga class (see costs below) followed by a free meditation & pranayama session, every Monday & Friday, from 28 May – 29 June.
Ananda is a physiotherapist & studied health sciences at the VU University Amsterdam. She was already practising yoga herself when she witnessed first-hand the restorative benefits yoga brought to patients & she now teaches yoga to share these benefits with others.
Vinyasa Yoga: 07.30 – 08.30 (see costs below).
Vinyasa yoga is a active form of yoga where yoga asanas are aligned with the rhythm of the breath. Following a sequence, transitions between asanas are smooth & intuitive, resembling the flow of water. Focus is placed on improving flexibility, as well as physical & mental strength. Each class is unique, as Ananda blends playful sequences with classical yoga asanas. This class is highly energising & a wonderful way to start your day, glowing from the inside out!
Free Guided Meditation & Pranayama: 08.40 – 09.00.
Connect your mind & body with your breath, by learning some breathing & mindfulness techniques. Perfect to unwind & for enhanced concentration & energy.

Cost Yoga Lessons:
– Course of 5 lessons: €39,99 pp / €29,99 students with valid student card
– Course of 10 lessons €69,99 pp / €49,99 students
– Individual lesson €8,50 pp / €6,50 students
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have your own mat, please advise Ananda in advance so she can organise one for you.
