Learn how to become resilient and in balance at work and in your private life in this series of 3 workshops designed for young professionals (*23-40 yrs). In this series, doctor and coach Cuna Knegt will provide you with tips and tools to increase your focus and energy, create healthy habits and use your talents.
This workshop series includes both knowledge and hand-on methods to train your ability to focus and to meet your basic needs; this includes lifestyle advice on mental well-being, nutrition and exercise.
Themes that are covered include:
• personal leadership
• congruent communication
• value-driven decision-making
• energy management
Each session will provide thorough understanding of all themes, in-depth insights in personal behaviour, and exercises to establish long term behavioural change. After this series you will be more aware of your own basic needs, your talents and what it is that you stand for. And importantly, you will learn how to apply this knowledge to your current environment – both at work as well as in your private life. You will get to know and value yourself much better!
About Cuna Knegt: after years of working in academic hospitals as a doctor and researching what humans can do to use the full potential of their mind and body, Cuna thoroughly understands the underlying mechanism of stress and thriving. She experienced that everyone benefits from understanding their behaviour patterns. It’s a starting point to learn what works for you and how to break those patterns that don’t work. She now dedicates her life to help individuals and organisations including healthcare organisations, to build resilient, mindful and meaningful cultures where individuals and systems can thrive and inspire each other. For people working and living under high pressure, it is particularly important to maintain a healthy balance fundamental for long term results and growth.
