Hear from doctor and coach Cuna Knegt what happens in our bodies when we experience stress, and what we need to find balance and become resilient in the workplace, academic careers and in life.
About Cuna Knegt: after years of working in academic hospitals as a doctor and researching what humans can do to use the full potential of their mind and body, Cuna thoroughly understands the underlying mechanism of stress and thriving. She experienced that everyone benefits from understanding their behaviour patterns. It’s a starting point to learn what works for you and how to break those patterns that don’t work. She now dedicates her life to help individuals and organisations including healthcare organisations, to build resilient, mindful and meaningful cultures where individuals and systems can thrive and inspire each other. For people working and living under high pressure, it is particularly important to maintain a healthy balance fundamental for long term results and growth.
Both workshops will be held in the relaxing surroundings of the Green Living Lab’s organic garden.
